What to Expect

Whether you’re sorting through a tricky routine, a behavior that keeps repeating, or a moment in the day that feels harder than it should, this is a space to make sense of what’s happening and find a way forward.
We’ll take a thoughtful look at one challenge, sort through what’s working and what’s not, and explore options that help bring things back into alignment.
After our call, I’ll send a brief follow‑up summary so you have everything in one place.
